Immaculate Heart Middle School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin. Students applying to Immaculate Heart Middle School are accepted on the basis of their performance on the entrance examination, their previous school records and their recommendations.

Entrance Examination for Grade 6
Saturday, January 10, 2009 ~ 9:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. - (Bring two #2 pencils and a ruler.)

Entrance Examination for Grade 7
Saturday, February 7, 2009 ~ 9:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. - (Bring two #2 pencils and a ruler.)

Application Process
Submit the Application for Admission, including student questionnaire, personal essay and $50.00 application fee as soon as possible but no later than January 9, 2009.

Take the entrance examination at Immaculate Heart Middle School on January 10, 2009 (Grade 6) or on February 7, 2009 (Grade 7).

Request the applicant's current school to send her complete transcript of grades including standardized test scores and the student evaluation form to Immaculate Heart by Friday, February 6, 2009.
