Los Angeles Regional Food Bank : Food for the Hungry
Note to Incoming Freshmen - You must be at least 14 years
of age to volunteer at the Food Bank -- no exceptions!
Volunteers are needed on these upcoming dates:
Saturday, August 30th
Saturday, September 20th and 27th
Help sort incoming food from food drives
or assemble food packages for kids or seniors.
Time = 8:45 am - 12:00 pm for all of the above dates
Christ the King Parish School: After-School Childcare
- Work directly with children in grades K-2.
- Supervise games, puzzles, the completion of homework and other activities.
- Learn through experience whether a career in elementary education might be for you!
- You must have transportation to Christ the King Parish School, located at 617 North Arden Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90004.
- After-School Care is provided Monday - Friday from 3 - 6 PM. Within these parameters, scheduling of volunteers is flexible.
- Two full-time adult staff members are present to guide you.
