Who's Invited?

All current IHHS Students are encouraged to attend.

Invitations have also been sent to our brother schools:

Bishop Mora Salesian High School, Cathedral High School, Crespi Carmelite High School, Don Bosco Technical Institute, Loyola High School, St. Francis High School, and Verbum Dei High School

May I bring a guest who hasn't been invited?

Gentlemen currently enrolled in co-ed Catholic co-ed schools will also be able to purchase bids at the door.

No one else will be admitted.  This includes non-Catholic school students and any young lady who do NOT currently attend IHHS.

Why is admission so limited?

We are only permitted to allow 500 people into the dance, which is a relatively small number, given that we have more than 500 students currently enrolled at IHHS!  Therefore, we keep our invite list limited.

Also, this is not a "date dance" like the formals, but rather, is a mixer that IH hosts for our own students and brother schools.  In exchange, our students are invited to their dances.

What is a "dance bid"?

Basically, it's like an admission ticket -- except you won't receive an actual paper ticket.  We're trying to reduce paper use at IH and save those jungle trees, you know!  Instead, when you buy a presale dance bid, your name goes on the list, and when you buy a bid at the door, you can go right in.  

What will I need to buy a dance bid?

Two things:

A signed permission slip (click here to get to the "Forms" page)

    and your $10 entry fee.  

How does the bid presale work?

The ASB Officers will be available AT LUNCH ONLY on Wednesday, 9/10 and Thursday, 9/11 in the Activities Office.  Bring your $10 and your signed permission slip, and you're in!

I DO have a guest I'd like to bring -- may I purchase two presale bids and guarantee his spot?

No.  Presale bids will only be available for IH Students.  ALL male guests will need to come purchase their own bids in person at the door.
